KAOS YARN Skinny Andean Wool is a single spun yarn with a good structure that keeps a good stitch definition also on larger needles. It is a very versatile yarn suited both for all projects that calls for a DK yarn but also replaces a thin wool held together with a brushed complimentary yarn, since this yarn also gives a slight “halo” effect.

The wool is 100% Highland Wool which comes from a natural crossbreed between local sheep and Corriedale sheep, giving the unique elasticity, structure and color sheen to the yarn. The animals are grazing freely in the Andes more than 3000 m above sea level. The yarn is spun in Peru at a family owned and Fair Trade certified mill, ensuring good conditions for animals, people and the environment.
